TRANSCRIPT OF GRADES

The Office of the Registrar maintains student records of academic progress. These records are available to active, withdrawn, or graduated students upon request. All requests for official transcripts must be submitted in writing with a valid student signature releasing the information. There is a fee for official transcripts. Cost of transcript is listed on document request form. Transcripts will not be released if the student or graduate has not met his or her financial obligations to the University.
