COURSE REPEAT POLICY

A student that has received a grade of “F” in a course must repeat that course to comply with the requirements for graduation. The student assumes all financial costs associated with repeating failed courses. Students repeating a course must meet with the Office of Financial Aid to discuss what, if any, funding may be available for courses repeated. Both grades will remain on the transcript. The highest grade of the repeated course will be used in calculation of the CGPA, once the Registrar grants forgiveness for the first “F” only. Subsequent failures will count toward CGPA. All attempted credits will be calculated towards the Maximum Timeframe (MTF) of Satisfactory Academic Progress and Completion Percentage.
