TRANSFER CREDIT CONSIDERATION

Applicants requesting transfer credit consideration from previous courses taken outside Miami Regional University must complete a Transfer of Credit Form and pay a transfer of credit fee. Transfer credits typically will not be considered after the first day of class. Official transcripts must be received by the Office of the Registrar from the awarding institution within five weeks after the start date or transfer credit may not be awarded and may be dropped from the course and the program. Foreign transcripts must be translated and evaluated by a NACES- or AICE- approved credentialing evaluation agency. Official documents must be sent directly from the agency to Miami Regional University. Please also see the Transfer of Credit Policy in the catalog.
